So after some extensive research around the web we have found the general consensus on the Razor E200S Electric Scooter to be a favourable one. The most common positive comments were how quiet and smooth the scooter is when running and like most other razors people mention the good build quality.
It is now becoming popular among college and university students who use them to get around campus on, and due to the sky rocketing petrol prices this is a much cheaper option.
